When you instance is about to be upgraded, you will receive an email which will warn you about the upcoming upgrade within the next two hours.
During this period, your TioLive instance will be unavailable. You will be notified of the end of the upgrade by another email.
If you don't receive such notification in the following hours, please contact us at support@tiolive.com
In case you notice anything which seems to go wrong, fell free to contact us so we can check and fix if it is a problem.
