Intellectual Property
ERP5 involves three types of intellectual property: copyrights, patents and trademarks.
ERP5 programmes are licensed under the terms of the GPL unless specified otherwise.
ERP5 documentation is licensed under the terms of the GFDL unless specified otherwise.
ERP5 patents are licensed under the terms of the GPPL. Although Nexedi and the ERP5 community do
not support the legalisation of software patents, some patents have been filed according to the
following rationale.
The ERP5 trademark and logo are owned by Nexedi SA and are free to use for the promotion of ERP5 software or of the ERP5 web sites operated by Nexedi SA. Other uses require explicit authorization from Nexedi SA.
All other trademark are registered trademarks of their respective owners.
