How to make production order after assembling an ORS

You should make the production order as soon as the ORS is produced.

A production order can contain only one ORS, please make multiple ones even if you made multiple ORS of the same band.

Make Draft Production Order

  • Clone https://erp5js.nexedi.net/#/production_order_module/223
  • Modify Title to "Produce ORSXXX"
  • Set Shipping Date and Delivery Date to the date you assembled the ORS
  • Add Production Order Line
    • Put one of the following depending on what you assembled:
      • ORS V4 Without License
      • ORS V3 Without License
      • ORS PRO V4 Without License
    • Select the right transformation, choose depending on the PCB/enclosure/PC used
      WARNING: if you don't find the exact transformation, contact Joanne to create it.
    • Select the right Variation corresponding to the band of the PCB used
    • Reload the page
    • Go to "Quantity" tab and put 1, then save
    • Remove everything after "?" in your URL and add "/movement_0" to get an URL like this: https://erp5js.nexedi.net/#/production_order_module/XXX/1/movement_0
    • Click Editable if necessary in order to edit the document
    • Put the ORS reference in items, check the item doesn't already exist (it shouldn't) and click "Create new ORS item". Make sure to create an ORS Item and not an item

Confirm Production Order

Please double check everything is correct before confirming the production order, if something is wrong an ERP5 admin will have to log in with their superaccount and make manual fixes.

In order to confirm a PO, you first need to "Order" and then "Confirm".

After you confirm, you will need to wait until the Internal Packing List, Manufacturing Execution and Production Packing List are generated.

Fill in Internal Packing List

Go the "Related Internal Packing List" on the production order.

You will need to add items on different product lines by doing the following:

  • Click on the product line
  • Click on "Editable" if necessary
  • Make the modification
  • If there are errors, reload the page and try again
  • If there are no "Save" buttons available, reload the page until it appears

Do the following modifications:

  • Click on "ORS Embedded Computer ...", add an item with the serial number of the PC (Ex: T240601492)
  • Click on "SDR Main Board ...", add an item with the "SDR-" followed by the serial number of the board (Ex: SDR-E35 for E35)
  • Only if enclosure v3 or v4 (not v4.1): Click on "ORS Enclosure ...", add an item with the serial number of the case (Ex: 93000432009080007)

Then, change the date and put the same one as the production order

Then, go to the "related manufacturing execution" on the production order, and do exactly the same steps (add items and replace products and set the same date as production order), with the following differences:

  • You also need to add the item of the ORS on the "Open Radio System Without License" product
