Dear TioLive user,
On Sunday 17th of January we have had to face a misbehavior of our infrastructure. This misbehavior have caused the lost of all the data on the server and on its redundant backup.
We have now completely restored the server from a backup made on Sunday 17th January, at 03:00 am CET+1.
We are currently preparing a new infrastructure, well tested and monitored, to host our servers. We will soon move all TioLive instances to this new infrastructure. This will increase the reliability of our servers and hopefully prevent us from such failure.
