ERP5 user documentation is mostly written within the OSOE Project. 17 tutorials have been created for the new ERP5 users. Those tutorials will teach you the basics of ERP5 and must be followed by everyone at first. Then once you understand them and don't need them anymore, you can take a look at the HowTo webpage which contains more precise documentation.

If you don't find the documentation, you can still ask to OSOE Collaboration Team. A documentation could be released if it can be useful for OSOE Classes.

ERP5 Base

• Creating A New Person
  This tutorial teaches how to add new person records to ERP5 such as clients, suppliers, staff etc.
• Creating A New Organization
  This tutorial teaches how to add new Organisations records to ERP5 and edit their details.
• Link Person and Organization
  This tutorial explains you how you can easily establish relations between persons and organisations in ERP5.

ERP5 Trade

• Create and Manage Products
  This tutorial teaches you how to create and edit the details of your offer in ERP5, whether it is a product or service based offer.
• Create and Apply Trade Conditions
  This tutorial will teach you how to create and apply Sale Trade Conditions to your Sale orders. Trade Condition will help you save much time when editing orders in ERP5 . Purchase Trade Conditions work the same way, so you can learn how to handle them by reading this document.
• Create And Manage Sales Orders This tutorial will teach you how to create sale orders to manage the orders from your customers. This will also teach you how to generate the related sale packing list.
• Manage Sales Packing List
  This tutorial will teach you how you can handle the sale packing lists with ERP5 , which means organize and detail the shipment of your orders. You will also learn how to generate the related invoice, to send to your customers.

ERP5 Accounting

• Manage Invoices
  This tutorial will teach you to generate invoices and print them for your customers. This tutorial introduces some accounting principles, and how to manage those with ERP5 .
• Create Payment
  This tutorial will teach you how to create the payment related to an order, and how to proceed with the related accounting transactions.
• Create Purchase Transaction
  This tutorial will teach you how you can create a Purchase Transaction from scratch, or a Sale Transaction, as it works exactly the same way.
• Create Accounting Report
  This tutorial will teach you how to generate accounting reports such as a Journal or a Profit and Loss report.

ERP5 CRM (Customer Relationship Management)

• Create Campagin
  This tutorial will teach you what a ticket and an event are in ERP5 and will explain how you can create a Sales Campaign in ERP5.
• Create Outgoing Event
  This tutorial will teach you how to create outgoing events in ERP5 . Outgoing events can be phone calls, fax messages, emails etc, that aim at contacting a customer or a prospect.
• Post Outgoing Events
  This tutorial will teach you how to post, or send in the case of an email, your outgoing events.
• Process Incoming Events
  This tutorial will teach you how to create and assign incoming events in ERP5. Incoming events are messages that you receive from your customer or prospects, and that will need to be stored in a ticket and processed by someone of your team.
• Manage Support Requests
  This tutorial will teach you how to manage the Ticket "Support Request", following the standard process of managing incoming Events inERP5.
