Rapid.Space is based on SlapOS technology.
The core concept of SlapOS is "everything is a service".
- a VPS is a service;
- a VM is a service;
- a CDN is a service,
- a database is a service;
- a storage is a service;
- network is a service.
Every service is allocated a unique, global, IPv6 address. A service can be interconnected to another service through its IPv6 address.
It is the responsibility of each service to ensure that connection to other services is secure.
Even SlapOS master itself is a service, which makes this architecture recursive, minimalist and consistent.
