External Link Should Have Target Attribtue Specified
It is good practice to use the target="_blank" attribute on links
pointing to external pages. We might add this automatically at some point but
for now add it manually if it important for users to remain on the page
they are on.
Good Example:
<a target="_blank" href="www.google.com">Search</a>
Bad Examples:
<a href="www.google.com">Search</a>
