Pricing

ERP5 Express basic service is free. Option price are based on 2 different types of costs:

• Standard costs
  
• Community costs
  

Note: recurring costs will be charged for the minimum term defined in section A of the Hosting Contract and are not refundable.

Standard costs

Services which are provided permanently (ex. application server hosting, backup) are billed on a monthly base and for a given term. Consulting and support services which are provided upon request will only be charged upon prior approval from the Client. No billable service will be provided without prior approval of its induced cost by the Client.

Self Hosting Setup	200€ / year	ERP5 Express solution hosted on customer hardware.
Repozo Backup Setup	100€ / year	Setup of a privately accessible repository with hourly backup of ERP5 Express instance.
Mobile Phone Access	100€ / year	Setup of ERP5 Mobile phone skin
1GB Extra Data Size	10€ / month	Increase of the guaranteed quota of data storage by 1GB.

Knowledge Base Premium Access	100€ / month	Premium access to the knowledge base.
1 hour Help Desk Ticket	100€	User help desk support by email or chat.

Community costs

In addition to standard costs, we provide so-called "community costs" for customers interested in sponsoring the development of ERP5 Express. This service is very useful for users who are looking for simple extensions to the standard ERP5 Express configuration at reduced cost, and who accept to share with others.

CRM Form Sponsorship	50 € / form	Adding a new form to ERP5 Express CRM in a generic manner based on customer requirements. This form may be shared with other ERP5 users and distributed under GPL license.
Business Support Query Sponsorship	10 € / question	Answering a query related to the business configuration of ERP5 or to the appropriate use of ERP5 in a given context. The question and the answer may be published in ERP5 Knowledge Base.
Report Design Sponsorship	100 € / report	Adding a new online report to ERP5 based on customer specification. This report may be shared with other ERP5 users and distributed under GPL license.

Service Rules

Besides standard legal requirements related to the use of ERP5 Express (ex. privacy, copyright, etc.), the following rules must be respected by the Client:

• One login, one user. It is forbidden to share a single login among multiple users. Please note that ERP5 behaviour is unpredictable in this case.
