The Admin Toolbox is a complex widget which provides a way to modifiy an ERP5 Web site online. It appears as soon as a user is logged in.
The Edit-Button activates the editable mode and makes all Fields of your Form editable. It is then possible to save the content of a page by using the two buttons “Save & View” or “Save a Edit”.
The Page Action menu provides all actions which are applicable to the current document. It is an all-in-one combination of the action menu, of the jump menu and of action buttons in standard ERP5 interface.
The admin toolbox provides a simple way to create new contents by cloning. The idea is that any new content can be created by cloning an existing content which is similar to the one the user intends to create. In order to clone a document, the user must provide the new document reference, version and language. Cloning is both useful to create the new version of an existing document (by changing the version value only), translating a document (by changing the language value only) or to create completely new contents (by using a new reference value).
